Elon Musk tweeted on Monday that his company Neuralink has conducted its first brain implant called Telepathy in a human patient.



Last May the U.S. Food and Drug Administration greenlighted a clinical study for Telepathy, the first human brain implant, and in September, Neuralink began accepting recruiting patients with conditions such as quadriplegia due to cervical spinal cord injury and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
